From classical to street dance, Audley has always loved to move. He can be found at the Atwater Club studio in Montreal, teaching fitness and dance classes every week, offering mental health awareness, and sharing the Audley Enough book.
Audley's a mental health coach, philanthropist, a friend of Bell Let’s Talk which focuses on mental health awareness, the subject of the Audley Enough book, and was seen on CBC’s You Can’t Ask That to talk about bipolar disorder. He also hosted a Facebook live broadcast of the Alianait Arts Festival with his lovely daughter, for the Nunavut community.
Told by Lesley Whyte Reford and Patricia Lavoie, the Audley Enough book recounts Audley's journey with mental illness and details how he overcame the many obstacles it created in his life to become the success story he is today. His recipe for soaring above bipolar disorder began with admitting there was a problem.
Audley's mission is to make a difference by telling his story and contributing to mental health awareness. He wants people to know they are not alone.
